The Scofield Catering and Management team of award winning chefs has been serving Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties since 1985. We provide first class food service and event management for weddings, social functions, stadium events, arenas, concerts and cast & crew productions.

for Fire/Rescue, FEMA and other governmental
agencies locally and across the United States.

 
In 1992, Bryan Scofield was the first chef to be awarded the Gold Medal in Santa Barbara, in which chefs from all over the Santa Barbara area competed for this great honor. Bryan Scofield has also held the position of Executive Chef at two of the most prestigious country clubs in Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.Prior to starting his own company, Bryan Scofield was a corporate chef for three of the industries better known food service management companies. Bryan’s invaluable experience along with his own imagination has made Scofield Catering an exceptional high quality food service management company.
