Paul McCartney's Personal Chefs
Scofield Catering owns the mobile kitchen created by EMK, which was used by
Paul McCartney's personal chefs to prepare meals for the performer and his
100-member entourage. The kitchen is designed to to handle meals for 6,000 people
at major events and in fire, hurricane and earthquake disaster areas. It has all the
