| This large tent slept 1,000 emergency personnel. The smaller tent was a 400 person dining room where we served 1,000’s of meals each day. | ||

All of our self-contained units can be mobilized within hours to provide quality service whenever and whereever needed. | Camp Tarmac Galveston, Texas 2008. This is the base camp of emergency services and Scofield Catering Mobile Emergency Kitchens where thousands of meals were served daily. Ironically, amidst the beauty of this sunset wreaked the devastation of Hurricane Ike. | ||
