on front lines of disasters

Ready to roll....

This is one of our many mobile kitchens used at Hurricane Ike.
 
We are seasoned professionals providing catering and managing food related services under all circumstances. Whether its meals, refrigeration, logistics, food safety, water or more, our services are impeccable even under the worst situations. All of our self-contained units can be mobilized within hours to provide quality service whenever and whereever needed.  Our reputation with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has become a model of cleanliness and we are authorized for self inspections which enables us to work very quickly in emergencies.
 
Scofield Catering provided meals and catering equipment to support a 3-day
Public Health Disaster Drill.
 



   FEMA toured Scofield
   Catering's large venue
   mobile kitchen pod.
 
This large tent slept 1,000 emergency personnel. The smaller tent was a 400 person dining room where we served 1,000’s of meals each day.
 
Camp Tarmac Galveston, Texas 2008. This is the base camp of emergency services and Scofield Catering Mobile Emergency Kitchens where thousands of meals were served daily. Ironically, amidst the beauty of this sunset wreaked the devastation of Hurricane Ike.
